Who we are looking for
We look for independent providers who build driveways, patios and stamped concrete, including general concrete flatwork. Small crews and larger companies are both welcome. You should serve homeowners in the areas we cover.
- Experience with residential concrete
- A solid plan for cold-climate conditions, such as freeze-thaw cycles and snowmelt
- Comfort working on older homes and tight yards
- Willingness to give clear written quotes
What we expect
Homeowners come to us feeling unsure. We ask providers to be kind, honest and clear.
- Carry the licenses and insurance your area requires
- Be upfront about scope, materials and timing
- Answer homeowner questions without pressure
- Respect each property
- Never claim to be Milltools Concrete, and never describe our role incorrectly
You stay independent. You set your own prices, schedule and terms with each homeowner.
