How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Milltools Concrete should be treated fairly. If something did not go the way it should have, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Milltools Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If something went wrong with work at your home, start by talking with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know that Milltools Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@milltools.world and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short note on what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
